  • Our fitness professionals create exercise programs, provide instruction and set goals to meet our client’s fullest fitness potential
  • We motivate clients by setting goals and providing feedback and accountability to clients. Our trainers also measure each client’s strengths and weaknesses with fitness assessments.
  • We also perform fitness assessments performed before and after an exercise program to measure each client’s improvements in physical fitness.
  • They may also educate their clients in many other aspects of wellness besides exercise, including general health and nutrition tips.
  • We recommend that each client is assessed by their health care physician for clearance prior to beginning any fitness program.
